Refund Policy
RiotAct Studios collects payments from current web development, desktop publishing, search engine optimization, and hosting & maintenance customers.  Refunds will not be granted for approved completed work.  Refunds may be available for services in the event of service outage.

Payment of invoices will be handled by our office personnel.

Cancellation Policy
RiotAct Studios clients must notify us via email with your intentions to cancel services.  You will be responsible for any services rendered to that point, including both billed and unbilled.  In the event the services are for a flat rate project, the full amount of the project remains payable.
