This was one of our favorite sites to build to date! Case Real Estate is a local real estate company that has been in business for decades. Their previous site relied on embedded real estate content that did not work well for the user nor the design. The design was also outdated.

We built a custom site that connects directly to the MLS database so that the properties and information are part of the site which translates to SEO and being able to include custom design. We also built in the Zillow API for reviews and agent information. The property listings include Google Maps API, Walk Score API, and Google Local API.

Additional features include property favorites, property interest forms, open house listings, an auction platform and the ability to list all properties within the MLS.
